The Stampede: Friday October 2, 2026

Conference week is scheduled for the week of October 26 - 30th. This is a great time to meet your students' teachers and to hear about their progress so far this year.

We will release at 12:15 everyday. No lunch is served at school, however sack lunches from the cafeteria may be taken home.

Our conference schedule is as follows:

Monday, 10/26: NO Conferences

Tuesday, 10/27: Arena conferences in the big gym. 1:00 - 4:00 & 4:30 - 6:30

Wednesday, 10/28: Arena conferences in the big gym. 1:00 - 4:00 only

Thursday, 10/29: Arena conferences in the big gym. 1:00 - 4:00 & 4:30 - 6:30

Friday, 10/30: NO Conferences

Beginning Monday, October 5th, registration opens for Girls Basketball. New this year, all the middle schools are opening up Girls Basketball to 6th graders as well! Your student will need: 

Does your student want to do an after school activity with the YMCA or play a sport? If you are unable to pick them up, they can hop on the Activity Bus that gets to the school right when everything ends. There is no set route; rather the driver will drop kids off at bus stops based on who gets on the bus.

This bus is ONLY available for students living in the TMMS boundary area. 

Girls grades 6 - 8

Boys 6th grade only

Students can find flyers in the front vestibule. This is a program run by the Capital High School Basketball program. Flyers are also attached for reference.
