Quick Friday Recap 9/18/26

Here are some quick reminders as we continue to get this school year started.

Keeping track of Thurgood Marshall events:
-Check out our school caldender, which can be found on the TMMS website. If you click on the Calendar icon, any events highlighted in maroon are TMMS specific events. We do our best to keep this calendar up to date for our community. Hit subscribe to add it to your calendar!
-Do you have Parent Square? When you open your app, on the bottom is an "Events" icon. Press that and you can then click on any date to see what's going on at TMMS. 

Does your family need help with food on the weekend? 
-Please fill out this Weekend Food Bags form and a bag will be available for your student to pick up in the office every Friday. 
-If you haven't already, please sign into Skyward Family Access and click on the 'Food Service Applications Tile' to fill out the Free & Reduced appliacation. Paper copies are also ​available in the front office. Only one form is needed per family. 

Caffeine / Sodas at school
-We have noticed an uptick in students bringing these drinks to school. Please have your student keep these types of drinks at home. If a student has one at school, it will be up in the office at the end of the day for them to take home.  We appreciate your help with this!
