Congratulations to the three grade level winners of our first Marshall Library bookmark contest. We had 32 amazing entries and the staff committee had a difficult time selecting because they were all so fantastic. After much debate, the three winners were selected:
Allamea Allen - 6th grade
Yun-mi Koh - 7th grade
Kylie Mickelson - 8th grade
The three designs were reproduced in color and are free to students when they check out a book from our library!

MCC is looking for various volunteers and would particularly like to find someone to fill the following job:
Secretary position on the MCC Board - Primary responsibility would be taking meeting minutes at our monthly meetings (second Thursday of each month). Our current Treasurer is willing to switch to Secretary if you are more inclined toward numbers and would like to become our Treasurer. Contact Paige Sorensen at soro@msn.com for more information.
Volunteering at Marshall, even on a small scale, is a very rewarding experience and a great way to meet other families and get to know your school. For information about other volunteer opportunities take a look at our job list or contact Paige Sorensen at soro@msn.com.
