Each teaching team will elect through their own process two representatives and an alternate to attend monthly ASB meetings. If one of the representatives is elected as an officer, then a new alternate will be elected. This process will be completed no later than the second week of October.
ASB MINUTES
This meeting each of the board members did not have anything to share, though we did have OLD BUSINESS to talk about!
OLD BUSINESS
ASB needed to plan a session to make bracelets for one of the fundraisers they where going to sign up for, though we did need embrodery floss. Weither to sign up for the donation of Schools for Schools was a question we had not yet answered.
MOTIONS
Mikey (ASB member) motioned that we donate all the money to the Invisible Children donation instead of Schools for Schools and it had passed.
NEW BUSINESS
ASB decided to have a Soc Hop at Marshall featuring a compettiion called Battle of the Bands with face painting as well at the there, though they needed each representative to ask there classes what kind of games they would like to see at the Soc Hop and if they would they even be interested in attending? The deadline for when these questions had to be answered was by February 25. There was one last question that ASB had to decide on and that was if we where going to have a silent auction (gal 10,000) at the Soc Hop. Another subject that was brought up was that the equipment room needed new Dung Bells.
